Prices
All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). At checkout, customers can view local-currency equivalents in the following enabled currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, INR, JPY, MYR, SGD, MXN, BRL, CHF. The currency actually charged is the customer's selected currency. The product page shows the unit price; the cart and checkout show itemized totals.
Additional fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and other charges levied by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility, not collected at checkout. Internet connection fees and device costs are borne by the customer.
Payment methods
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. In some regions, Klarna, Afterpay, and local payment methods are also available. The payment options shown at checkout depend on the customer's location.
Payment timing
Charged at checkout when the order is placed. Some payment methods may pre-authorize at order and capture on fulfillment.
Delivery timeline
Physical products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping after production typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Total delivery is typically 5–17 business days for most destinations. Specific estimated delivery dates appear at checkout.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, via email link and the customer's account download page.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Because all physical products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, change-of-mind exchanges, or sizing-related returns. Quality issues — print errors, visible defects, wrong items, or wrong sizes shipped — are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt; please include clear photos when contacting support.
Orders may be canceled or amended via the link in the order confirmation email at any time before the order goes to production.
Digital products are non-refundable once the download has been delivered.
Donations, tips, and locked messages are non-refundable once payment is completed.

Physical products require a deliverable shipping address. Digital products require a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a device capable of opening the relevant file format (audio player for MP3 or FLAC, PDF reader for documents, image viewer for art files).
